MediaTakeOut.com is sad to report that 50 manager Chris Lighty

passed away earlier today. He was found outside his

childhood Bronx, NY apartment - where he no longer

lived - with a single gunshot wound to the head and a gun

beside his body. Police suspect a suicide.

Here's what TMZ is adding:

According to sources close to Lighty, the hip hop

mogul had been in an argument with his ex-wife

and shot himself in the head.

We're told the couple got divorced last year and Lighty

hadn't been the same since.

Chris is known in the industry as being one of the

 most INNOVATIVE business people hip hop has

 ever known. He's credited for putting together the

 Vitamin Water deal that brought Curtis "50 Cent"

Jackson in excess of $50 MILLION.
